StreetcredMusic...This blog has followed a quote I heard many years ago..."Sometimes you must leap first, and build your wings on the way down". From nothing it has become a blog containing dozens of Indie artists. Follow me as I introduce you to them, from the place where they breed, New York City! ....and come with us as we document it on film!!

StreetcredMusic: "Lots of Women Play Piano" Part 3.

But as you go through life’s journey, remember that the black keys also create music.”

StreetcredMusic: Lots Of Women Play Piano, Part 2 Carly Simon and Licia Missori

StreetcredMusic: "Lots Of Women Play Piano" Part 2.

Color is the keyboard, the eyes are the harmonies, the soul is the piano with many strings.

The artist is the hand that plays, touching one key or another, to cause vibrations in the soul.

The one and only: Carly Simon

                                ************************************************

Pianos, unlike people, sing when you give them your every growl.

They know how to dive into the pit of your stomach and harmonize with your roars when you’ve split yourself open.

And when they see you, guts shining, brain pulsing, heart right there exposed in a rhythm that beats need need, need need, need need, pianos do not run... And so she plays.

From Italy; The Music of Licia Missori
