When I listen to either of these marvelous pianists, composers, musicians play, I listen over and over again. The music only sets in after several times. The visual, their stage presence and their hands capture me and the music passes like a cloud to be inhaled and enjoyed later.

  ..the tribute was presented with all the dignity and elegance and musical perfection it deserved.
........Lara and guitarist, Eric Kurimski, frankly overwhelmed me.

Lara designed her gown to be a part of this tribute.

In addition to her voice, performance art, and creativity, it was quite clear that this hero of her homeland, holds a special place in her heart...Amazing show.

...at the finish of the performance Lara distributed (in small envelopes) to her audience, messages from Federico, I will not open mine, until.....

....every time I see her, she amazes me.

I met, Tessa Lena online, we were both harassing Spotify.
.....about two years ago?

If we had not met then, I suspect we would have met fighting some other battle against a giant corporation... against the dehumanizing of us all, with the force feeding of technology we are all subjected to....She's so cool, she prefers phone calls to text messages!
    .....and BTW, her tech skills are off the charts....Her Music too.

Tessa is an experimental artist. Her melodies and her lyrics are woven to cast a spell as she gets her message out. Her performances are as visual as they are musical.

I wanted her to be in the first #Pianowomen video because she will continue to weave the web I hope to trap my readers in, and bring all of these wonderful women, musicians from all over the world, who are in NYC, the attention they deserve.
